The importance of Self-awareness contains the ability to influence the healthcare professional. A professional must always be aware of their surroundings, knowing their area of operation is critical in job performance and patient hospitality. Self- awareness is substantial to become understanding of themselves, professionals are able to make changes and later strengthen every aspect of the healthcare professionals. Achieving patient-centered care practice, is the goal of any healthcare facility. It takes an entire staff of professionals to provide the ultimate experience for the patient.
