Based on study, lack of time and appetite is the main reason of 30 percent primary school students for not having their breakfast (IBRAHIM, 2008). Dear my little friends, don’t you ever and ever skip your breakfast because it will ruin your day especially when you in a classroom. I had some funny memories when I’m at your age before. One day, my mom already prepared for me a breakfast which is a bowl of cereal, a glass of milk and some banana. My mom called me for having a breakfast, which is the most meals routine of the day that I dislike. Too many reason I gave to my mom, and at the last I’m told to my mom that I don’t have any appetite for having a breakfast and I might vomit all the food that I had before. My mom said to me, if I didn’t take a breakfast, I will get a high risk of having a gastric and I could not focus for my study. I said to my moms that don’t worry, I already had a lot of meals during supper last night and I rushing out to school.

During in classroom, all my classmates is having their breakfast at their own place. One of my classmates offering me some sandwich and Nasi Lemak and I rejected their offer with saying I’m not hungry yet and I could endure until afternoon. After 10 minutes, my first Mathematic class begins. My stomach suddenly growling so hard until my classmates could hear that growl. Suddenly my mind imaging a bowl of cereal, a glass of milk, a sandwich and Nasi Lemak and I suddenly regret. I got hiccups so many times, feels something bloating in my stomach and after a second, I suddenly vomit and all my classmates and teacher shocked after hearing that. My teacher immediately takes me to clinic and I been diagnose for having gastric. During at clinic, the doctor lectures about how important a breakfast for a student like me. I thought it was my last time from being lectured, my mom already waiting for me and she pissed instead of worried if anything worst could happen to me. Since that day, I never skipped my breakfast.
