And I believe encouraging employees to make their own decision does boost initiative .Employees can take the initiative in matters that are related to improving the quality of services offered by the organization or by resolving existing problems.Managers should encourage their employees to act responsibly even if employees falter in the beginning. Develop effective mentoring and coaching process to ensure that individuals and teams are able to implement and support the organisations continuous improvement process .
